With Mountain Maps, you can view the map of every ski resort in Europe and use the navigation feature to discover the best way to reach your destination.
This Mountain Maps feature is ideal if you:
- often ski in new resorts you’ve never visited before;
- don’t want to freeze your hands using paper maps;
- want support to orient yourself while skiing;
- want to calculate a route based on your skill level.
Want to know how it works?
1. How to view the map of all ski resorts in Europe
Open the app, tap the Layers icon under the compass, and select “Slopes”. The map will now display:
- Blue, red, and black slopes, each in their respective color
- Ski lifts, funiculars, and transport lines
2. How to calculate a ski route
Open the app and tap “Plan” in the bottom navigation bar.
- Make sure the “Ski” button is selected.
- Enter your starting point, destination, and any intermediate points.
- If you have preferences regarding slope difficulty, set them in the box below.
- Tap “Plan” and the calculated route will appear on the map.
This feature is Premium, but all users can try it 5 times for free.
