How to plan a walking route

The Plan section helps you discover route details such as distance, elevation gain, and duration when you already know your start and end points.

  1. Tap “Plan” from the bottom bar.
  2. Make sure “Walking” is selected.
  3. Add your start and end points, and optionally, intermediate ones.
    You can use your current position or tap directly on the map.
  4. Customize your route by including via ferratas or choosing the terrain type.
  5. Tap “Plan” to see the route on the map.
    You can edit it anytime from Details.

Alternatively, you can ask MIA to create a route for you, though customization options are limited in this case.
