You can request the deletion of your account and the data associated with it at any time.
How to delete your account
Open the Mountain Maps app, go to your Profile, click on Account Details and then on the trash can icon in the top right corner. Confirm your choice by clicking on “Continue“.
What data is deleted
By deleting your account, all data associated with it will be permanently deleted. Specifically, the following will be removed:
- email address, first name and last name;
- route and search history;
- favourite routes.
If available, profile data will also be deleted: date of birth, gender and location.
